Hi, I‘m Howard. I am Bisexual. I am both a citizen of the world and a resident of Dallas TX. I am embracing and finally living my truth. I am married in an open loving relationship with my wife, whom I love dearly. She not only embraces my sexuality but celebrates it as well. It took me many years of soul searching acceptance of self and a rigid and utter disregard to what the world and others think of me to actively live out my truth not only comfortable but confident within my own skin.
What being bisexual means to meNot being restricted in whom I can be not only attracted to but also whom I can share my life, passion, feelings, concerns and love with. I can see beauty and attraction in all people.
What I would like the world to know about bisexualsthat freedom is it's own reward! Living out of that freedom is not only fulfilling but extremely empowering.
What was your path to a bisexual identity?I was molested as a child and struggled with attraction to both sexes for years after. As an adolescent I was attracted to both genders. After succumbing to social pressures I lived a lie of suppression for over 3 decades before acknowledging my bisexuality. A person very dear and important to me told me "I love and accept you and I love you because I accept you." That simple statement allowed me the courage to make this step.
What is the best thing about being bisexual?Freedom to chose the best of all life has to offer.
