Hi, I‘m Alice. I am Bisexual.

I'm a 17 year old British girl who has goals in life and wishes to come true. Have a love for food, animals and exercise ( more outside activities). Like to chill with friends and just have a good time.

What being bisexual means to me

It's means happiness to me. I'm finally able to accept myself which has made my life much happier.

What I would like the world to know about bisexuals

That we are still human! Who we love does not differ right to wrong. On the inside we are all the same.

What was your path to a bisexual identity?

My cousin spent time with me and took me to pride as I was trying to find who I was. She explained her journey of how she came out, her dates/partners and I just started to find a true connection with what she said. I've always found both genders attractive and as I got older I began to understand more.

How have other people in your life reacted to your bisexuality?

Most people have been accepting and understand how I feel. Others have a harder time but still try.

What advice do you have for someone who thinks they may be bi or who is in the process of coming out as bi?

You are who you are, don't let others put you down. Times will get hard but your job is to carry on, hold you head high and only take the positive aspects of life with you. Sometimes removing the negative things from your life is better than hiding.
