Hi, I‘m Blair. I am Pansexual.

I am a mother and an artist. I spend most of my time either with my son or my art.

What being bisexual means to me

It means looking past the gender of the person to love who they are under their skin.

What I would like the world to know about bisexuals

That we are real, even if we are in a straight relationship.

What was your path to a bisexual identity?

My first crush was on a girl, when I was six. My second crush was on a guy, when I was eight. It just sort of clicked for me.

What is the toughest thing about being bisexual?

Not feeling like a part of the LGBT community, when I happen to be in a heteronormal relationship.

What is the best thing about being bisexual?

Falling I'm love.

How have other people in your life reacted to your bisexuality?

I got "it's just a phase" a lot.

What advice do you have for someone who thinks they may be bi or who is in the process of coming out as bi?

Don't worry about what anyone else thinks. How you live isn't their business.
