Trans man

Hi, I‘m Max. I am Pansexual.

I'm a 31 year old ftm, I started my transition four years ago, and I'm sorry to say that while I've become more comfortable in my skin it's made my dating life almost non existent.

What being bisexual means to me

I've never put much thought into it. For me I just know that it's who you are that I'm attracted to, not what you are.

What I would like the world to know about bisexuals

I'll put some thought into this and back to it.

What was your path to a bisexual identity?

My path has been long! I came out as a lesbian at 25 (still attracted to men, but dating them wasn't working), then at 28 it all made sense, and I began to transition. I simply know I can be attracted to anyone I can make true connections with.

What is the toughest thing about being bisexual?

I don't find anything difficult about being pansexual, but as an ftm I find dating extremely difficult.

What is the best thing about being bisexual?

More fish in the sea.

How have other people in your life reacted to your bisexuality?

Most people don't care, and some just don't get it. I haven't bothered to talk to my family about it.
